Double Scoring Glow
Settling into my first day of vaca in Scottsdale, I stare into the mirror at my pasty (albeit preserved) Northwest face. About to venture out for the day, I realize I need some sunscreen and dig into my quart-size handbag hoping I squeezed in a sample or two that included at least SPF 15. Luckily, I find a sample of this: Chanel Beaute Initiale Energizing Multi-Protection Fluid Healthy Glow SPF 15.
Not paying much attention to the label other than the SPF 15, I start massaging it into my dry pale skin and realize that not only did I score some SPF, but that I may have gotten a little self tanner too. Now usually I steer clear of self tanners because they smell funny and offer up an orange tint, but I figure I’ll give this a try. Instantly, I’ve got a healthy glow and am blending right in with the tanned Scottsdale crowd, and 6 hours later, after some time at the pool, I do not have a burn. Double score. I think this just might be one of the samples that I end up purchasing.
