Spring is here! Not really, but the Spring collections are being shipped to the stores. And people are planning their vacations and/or escaping to a warm place on a mid-winter break. Bahamas anyone? Just save an old lady who falls onto the subway tracks and Ellen DeGeneres will give you a trip to the Bahamas. Able to afford your own trip? Good for you, just don’t forget to shop your bikini wear. Last September we attended the Gottex runway show at Bryant Park. It was stunning – I thought to myself: This is what real bathing suits look like. Incredibly glamorous with the option of high waist bikini bottoms and flattering coverage in belted one-piece classic. Fabulous cuts and lots of lipstick reds, whites, blacks and metallics paired with flowy cover-ups and beautiful jeweled headpieces. Now is the opportunity to dress your inner Bond girl.
