I hope you’re all enjoying the tail end of your wonderful weekend. Would love to know what you did. Besides writing and going to hot yoga at the Urban Yoga Spa, I enjoyed delicious food and good friends. This weekend was the first time I went to The Oddfellows Café on Capitol Hill. It’s one of the most charming cafés in Seattle–old hardwood floors, open space and an adorable little patio in back. It definitely has a New York feel to it and, well, the soul of the place comes from it being a former acting studio (Freehold Theatre Lab Studio). This is where a lot of us Seattle actors took classes in anything from stage combat to scene study. I surely recommend the bruschetta with ricotta, peas and fresh mint.  I also cruised Georgetown a bit, Via Tribunali and the Hudson bar – what a delightful borough!
