We have been cuffing ourselves religiously for months, and the cuffs keep on coming. Many designers and artists have attempted to create cuffs. However, several of them never made it to our wrists, but went straight to the clearance bin, and from there – who knows? Whether or not this was all started by Karl Lagerfeld is irrelevant. The artistry of cuffing is well celebrated by women like myself who will not wear bangles. The noise of the cling-cling makes me completely mad – I can’t stand any accessories that make sounds. Therefore, a salute was in order this morning when I spotted a colorful little something on the Balenciaga website. Oh, Santa will you cuff me up please?
